Journey back to the era of flannel, grunge, and iconic acoustic performances in this unique music class for adults! “MTV Unplugged: The Acoustic ’90s” offers a deep dive into the legendary live sessions that epitomized the decade. Join the Band with Music Crew In Music Crew we’ll focus on working together to play as a band!. All instrumentalist and vocalists are welcome to join. Musicians from all experience levels are encouraged. Both beginning and experienced musicians/singers will find value in balancing collective work and individual expression. Music Crew is an eight-week class that happens on Wednesday evenings, July 9 - August 27, 2025. There are class credits available to attend all eight, four classes (dates of your choosing), or individual classes (dates of your choosing. Get on the bus with your intrepid teacher Jason McInnes, and your fellow Deadheads gather for this eight-week adult education music class dedicated to exploring and performing the music of the Grateful Dead. The class includes hands-on instruction, group rehearsals, and opportunities to jam in a relaxed, collaborative setting. Whether you’re a guitarist, bassist, vocalist, keyboardist, drummer, or other instrumentalist, you’ll gain new insight into the Dead’s music through playing it among a generous, encouraging community.
